Soft Chemicals Srl is the exclusive owner of the logo and registered trademark 'My Scarf in a Box' (in its various declinations), and of the domain names libertychems.com; myscarfinabox.com and myscarfinabox.it.

The other signs on the Site are trademarks of third-party owners and are used within myscarfinabox.co.uk and myscarfinabox.com for the sole purpose of distinguishing their products and services.

Soft Chemicals Srl and the owners of the trademarks present on the Site are entitled to make exclusive use of the trademarks of their respective ownership.

Therefore, the User is not authorised to use them except with the prior consent of Soft Chemicals Srl and the owners of the trademarks on the Site.

Any unauthorised and, therefore, unlawful use is expressly prohibited and entails serious legal consequences.
